Yoga is our age old tradition. Making kids aware about it right from the foundation years is very important. By practicing yoga poses, children learn how to exercise, develop confidence & concentrate better. Yoga is beneficial to children as - ●It enhances physical flexibility & strength. ●Balancing poses promote mental & physical poise and stability. ●Yoga helps children to focus & concentrate, skills that help in school & in life. So, today on the occasion of 'International Yoga Day' tiny yogis of SSRVM, not only performed yoga but also gave a simple formula for healthy mind & body.
